Getting Started

How do I create an account? Click Log In in the top navigation and select Create Account. Enter your name, email address, and a password. Once registered you can purchase access to any match on the platform.

Do I need an account to watch? Yes. You need a registered account to purchase and watch content on Armagh TV. Registration is free — you only pay when you purchase access to a match.

How do I log in? Click Log In in the top navigation and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password click Forgot Password on the login page and a reset link will be sent to your email.

How do I reset my password? Click Log In in the top navigation, then click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.


Purchasing Access

How much does it cost? Each match is priced at £5.00. There are no subscription fees — you only pay for the matches you want to watch.

How do I purchase a match? Navigate to the match page via Live Games or On Demand. Select the access type you want — Live or On Demand — and click the purchase button. You will be taken to a secure checkout page to complete your payment.

What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Is my payment secure? Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd using industry-standard encryption. Armagh TV never stores your full card details.

Will I receive a confirmation email? Yes. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after payment. If you do not receive it please check your spam folder or contact us at itofficer.armagh@gaa.ie


Watching Matches

How do I watch a match I have purchased? After purchase you will be redirected automatically to the match page where the video player will be available. You can also find your purchases at any time by clicking My Account in the navigation.

How long does access last? Live match access covers the duration of the live broadcast. On Demand access is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Can I watch on more than one device? Your account can only be active on one device at a time. If you log in on a second device you will be automatically logged out of the first. Make sure you are logged in on the correct device before a match begins.

Can I switch device mid-match? Yes. Simply log in on the new device and you will be automatically logged out of the previous one. There may be a short delay before the stream loads on the new device.

What devices can I watch on? Armagh TV works on any device with a modern web browser and a stable internet connection including phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. For the best experience we recommend watching on a device connected to broadband Wi-Fi.

What internet speed do I need? We recommend a minimum of 5 Mbps for standard quality streaming and 10 Mbps or above for the best experience. If you experience buffering try closing other apps or moving closer to your Wi-Fi router.

The video is buffering or not playing — what do I do? First check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. If you are still experiencing issues please contact us at itofficer.armagh@gaa.ie with details of your device and browser.


My Account

Where can I see my purchase history? Click My Account in the top navigation. Your purchase history and active access records are listed there.

How do I update my email address or password? Click My Account in the top navigation and select the relevant option to update your details.

How do I delete my account? To request account deletion please contact us at itofficer.armagh@gaa.ie We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Refunds

Can I get a refund? Due to the time-limited digital nature of our content all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. We will consider refund requests where a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the content, or where a match was cancelled and not rescheduled. Please contact us at itofficer.armagh@gaa.ie within 7 days of your purchase with your order details.

How long does a refund take? Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.


Technical Issues

I purchased a match but cannot access it — what do I do? First make sure you are logged in to the correct account. Go to My Account and check that your purchase is listed. If it is listed but the video is not showing on the match page please contact us at itofficer.armagh@gaa.ie with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

I am getting a “session conflict” message — what does this mean? This means your account is currently logged in on another device. Log out of all other devices and log in again on the device you want to use.

The match page is showing “access expired” but I only just purchased — what do I do? Please contact us immediately at itofficer.armagh@gaa.ie with your order number and we will investigate and restore your access if appropriate.
