2. What Data We Collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. When you make a purchase we collect your billing name, billing address, and payment card details. Your full card details are never stored on our servers — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We also collect records of which matches you have purchased and when your access expires. When you use the platform we collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and session activity for security and fraud prevention purposes.

3. Why We Collect It and Our Legal Basis

We collect your account information to provide you with access to the platform and the matches you purchase. Our legal basis is the performance of a contract. 4. Payment Processing — Stripe

All payments on Armagh TV are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. When you make a purchase your card details are transmitted directly and securely to Stripe. 5. Video Streaming — Mux

Video content on Armagh TV is delivered via Mux, a third-party video streaming service. When you watch a video, Mux may collect technical data including your IP address, device type, and viewing behaviour for the purposes of delivering the stream and monitoring quality. 6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in during your session and to maintain your login state between visits if you select “Remember Me”. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics cookies at this time. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but doing so will prevent you from logging in to the platform.

7. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your payment data with Stripe solely for the purpose of processing your transaction. We share your video viewing data with Mux solely for the purpose of delivering the stream. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except where required by law.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your account and purchase records for a period of 7 years in accordance with our financial and legal obligations. If you request deletion of your account we will erase your personal data except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

9. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you. You have the right to correct any inaccurate data we hold. You have the right to request erasure of your personal data. You have the right to restrict or object to our processing of your data. You have the right to data portability. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never readable by staff.
