1. About Armagh TV
Armagh TV is the official streaming platform of Armagh GAA, operated by Armagh County Board, Box-It Athletic Grounds, Dalton Road, Armagh, BT60 4AE. By creating an account or making a purchase on Armagh TV you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or over to create an account and make purchases on Armagh TV. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Account Registration
To purchase and watch content on Armagh TV you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. If you believe your account has been compromised please contact us immediately at itofficer.armagh@gaa.ie
4. Purchases and Access
All content on Armagh TV is sold on a pay-per-view basis. Each purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to a single match for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Live match access covers the duration of the live broadcast only. On Demand access is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. Access expires automatically at the end of the access period and cannot be extended. Prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable taxes. All purchases are subject to availability.
5. Single Device Policy
Your account may only be active on one device at a time. If you log in on a second device you will be automatically logged out of the first. This is a platform security measure and does not constitute a fault or service failure. You are responsible for ensuring you are logged in on the correct device before a match begins.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. By making a purchase you authorise Armagh TV to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown at checkout. Armagh TV does not store your full card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the time-limited digital nature of our content, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances only: where a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the content you purchased, or where a match was cancelled and not rescheduled. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting itofficer.armagh@gaa.ie with your order details. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these criteria. Refunds where approved will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
8. Service Availability
We endeavour to provide a reliable streaming service at all times. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Live streaming is dependent on factors including internet connectivity, device capability, and third-party infrastructure. We shall not be liable for any interruption to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, weather events, or third-party service failures. In the event of a significant service failure affecting a live match we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
9. Permitted Use
Access to Armagh TV content is for your personal, private, non-commercial use only. You must not record, capture, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or share any content streamed through the platform by any means. You must not use any software, tool, or method to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with the platform’s access controls, security measures, or digital rights management systems. Any breach of these conditions will result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may result in legal action.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Armagh TV including match footage, graphics, logos, and branding is the property of Armagh GAA or its licensors and is protected by copyright. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission from Armagh GAA.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armagh TV and Armagh GAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of enjoyment. Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that purchase.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. In the event of termination for breach no refund will be issued for any unexpired access periods.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and Northern Ireland as applicable. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland or Northern Ireland as applicable.
